About Scott Berger
Scott Berger is a longtime Kentucky resident, Army veteran, husband, father, and stepfather who believes public service should be rooted in integrity, respect, and a genuine commitment to the people of the Commonwealth.
Kentucky has been Scott’s home for more than 40 years. Living and working alongside his neighbors has shaped his appreciation for hard work, personal responsibility, and community. These values continue to guide how he approaches leadership and service.
Scott’s faith is an important part of his life. He believes in God, values compassion and humility, and strives to treat others with respect and fairness. His faith influences how he lives, how he raises his family, and how he serves others.
Scott proudly served in the United States Army as an Airborne Infantryman. While stationed at Fort Myer, he had the honor of serving on a ceremonial casket team in the Arlington National Cemetery, helping ensure fallen service members were laid to rest with dignity. He also participated in Operation Noble Eagle, taking part in the immediate rescue and recovery efforts at the Pentagon following the September 11th terrorist attack. His military service instilled in him a lasting respect for the Constitution, our Flag, teamwork, and selfless service.
As a husband, father, and stepfather, Scott understands the importance of strong families and supportive communities. He believes families are strongest when parents are empowered, communities are engaged, and government remains focused on its essential responsibilities.
Scott supports responsible budgeting, practical economic policies, and a balanced approach to governance that respects individual freedoms while ensuring accountability. He believes leaders should listen first, seek common ground where possible, and always keep the interests of their constituents at the forefront.
